You can also cook the meatballs in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
To make this veggie, instead of using chicken meatballs feel free to add in a tin of legumes for a protein source or this is AMAZING with some fried halloumi!!!!

Cooked for 4 but served to 3. Delicious my 24 year old son hadn’t had Thai before and loved it - just as well I cooked four portions! Easy and quick
