Sticky Chinese Beef Bowls

Crispy chilli beef is one of mine and Liams favourite things from the Chinese so I wanted to use that as inspiration for this dinner! Packed with protein and veggies, this is such a good dinner when you want something that tastes like a takeaway or a little bit more indulgent but it is SO easy and speedy! I served with some sticky rice and broccoli but this would also work well if you made extra sauce and tossed through some cooked egg noodles!

I was so excited when I saw this as I love it from the Chinese, this tasted so good, I’d genuinely make this over ordering a Chinese!

Another favourite! Used frozen peppers and onions and omitted the carrots for preference, so there was a bit more moisture which created a slightly thinner sauce. Left out the chillies because we can stand heat 😅 Definitely going on our weekly rotation 😊
