Mid-Afternoon Tea Loaf

Happy Weekend Baking Club! I don't know about anybody else on here but I grew up eating tea loaf as my mom always used to make it for me and I would come back from school and have a big slice with lashings of butter on top! This is my slightly grown up version and makes the perfect little afternoon pick me up with a cup of tea or coffee. This is great both warm and cold and has minimal added sugar as the mixed fruit makes it sweet enough. I hope you enjoy this one!

Delicious and super easy. I couldn’t find my normal loaf tin so I did mini loaves instead. They came out really well :)

Omg! One of my favourite recipes yet, this is so yummy, such a delicious treat and came out perfectly. Going to be hard to make this last the next couple of days 🤣
