Harissa Chicken Tortilla Skewers

If you haven't tried harissa, PLEASE use this recipe as your excuse to get some! Aldi have recently started to sell it but you can also get it easily at Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl and Morrisons too as they all stock it! It has a really nice sweet but slightly smoky flavour and is SO good!! I have been seeing these pinwheel tortilla skewers online and wanted to share a recipe to the app as they are well worth the hype, so easy to do and are such a nice way to incorporate chicken mince into your weekly shop as it is a lot cheaper than beef and so flavorsome too!!

Loved this they were so fun to make. I mixed pork and chicken mince for a little difference. We had with some potatoes and plain rice the sauce was amazing 100% recommend making this to go alongside.

I cannot believe I’ve never had it! The yogurt dip will be added to so many meals now! Hubby doesn’t like yogurt so swapped it for mayo which was a massive hit. I love your recipes! Thank you x

Didn’t have time to waste making tea tonight and these were perfect. Especially loved the little dip too. And a good way to use all the harissa

Went down a treat- deceptively filling. My boys wanted them spicier but I found them perfectly balanced for me.
