Kefir Bagels

I bet you didn’t know you can turn a tub of kefir yoghurt into the easiest and squishiest bagels !! These are soooo so easy to make and they’re perfect for breakfast toasted or lunches for loading your favourite sandwich toppings! This is a plan version but if you add 2 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and some raisins you can make a cinnamon raisin version too!!!

I made this with biscoff in the middle as a roll and it was the best one I’ve tried! Most of the rest didn’t bake right for me Doing them with bacon, jalapeño and cheese now for a savoury breakfast 💖

These are now a firm favourite in our house. I made them plain this time to have toasted for breakfast. Massive hit yet again. I love how your receipts have the measurements under each step in the method. It makes it so easy to follow. Xx
