Made it into a taco boat added rocket and Greek yoghurt. When cooking added a spoonful of marmite to thicken and richen it up. Absolutely delicious and loads for the rest of the week

One of my favourites so far! Quick, simple, delicious and nutritious. Also very customisable. I added corn and a side of guacamole. You could add meat, sour cream or anything else. Only downside is that it’s messy but I don’t mind.

Nice and easy to make, perfect for midweek, and my 3 yr old enjoyed it too - I put the filling in "normal" wrap for him rather than taco to try and help him keep it tidier, so filling versatile for fajitas, tacos, nachos etc.
