Saw someone else added peas so stole that idea!! I’d add a bit more cheese next time and more Dijon but that’s just a personal preference. I literally inhaled it - delicious.

Love this recipe and the fact there's hidden veg which is great for picky eaters! My picky eaters didn't believe there was cauliflower in there and have asked for it for tea again. Simple, quick, easy and tasty!

Served with garlic carrots done in the air fryer. Used half a head of cauliflower and added spinch. Next time I would add a leak just to add to it. One added to love list 😊

This was really nice. The addition of the cauliflower was a great idea - no one noticed!! I would make it a bit more cheesy the next time

Would those packets of cauliflower rice work here too instead of grating your own cauliflower?

Yes it reheated well - I did it in the microwave but I think air fryer/oven would work as well!
