These are on repeat in our house, we love them so much as a breakfast staple. Had 600g cottage cheese so made a few more and decided to try out half sweet and half savoury! Rosemary & sesame, and cinnamon & raisin 😋 Could you make these in advance and freeze them? Would you freeze raw or after baking?

Challenge entry! Week 1 bagels made so I can grab and go for the week. They smell amazing- who knew bagels would be so easy to make thank you Molly. And I love that you can tailor the recipe to make different size portions and it does the math for you! So clever x
