Apple Crumble Overnight Oats

If you have ever tried the M&S Apple Crumble Overnight Oats you will know exactly why they went viral!! THEY ARE AMAZING!! This is an easy version you can make at home which is perfect for the warmer weather!! Think creamy overnight oats with sweet cinnamon apple and all finished with a crunchy shortbread crumble topping! It is soooo good and is also lovely with some raspberries and strawberries mixed in too for some extra plant points!

This is one of my favourite breakfasts!! Super tasty and so filling, I'm a snacker 🙈 but this keeps full through the morning! Sweet but not too much to start your morning and it's soo creamy!

You should probably add a disclaimer that people may need extra apple, in case they keep eating it like I did 😆
