I need something sweet after every meal and this is something that always hits the spot, it’s the perfect chocolatey snack or breakfast with fibre and protein so it’s nice and balanced and also only takes just 5 minutes and a few ingredients so it’s nice and easy too.

Hey was thinking of making this later today. Was just reading through the ingredients, does this mean 2tbsp of honey or maple syrup and 280ml milk or water? I’m a little confused lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated, my son is a big biscoff fan!
