Homemade Protein Bars

These might be one of my favourite snacks that I’ve prepped in ages!!! They’ve been soooo handy to have in the fridge and as they’re higher in protein, they’ve also kept me really full too and have much better ingredients than the ones you would get in the shops!! I use the brand ‘form’ for protein powder or ‘ora organic’ as they have really good ingredients but any protein powder will work in any flavour too!!

These are so good and an easy way to take protein powder (I’ve never been a fan of protein shakes!) 💛

Easy to make, I didn’t have any protein powder so just mixed some flaxseeds in. Turned out great and topped with some salt
