Delicious!! And all three of my children have just enjoyed a piece for their snack 👍🏻 Used sunflower oil instead of olive oil and swapped the mixed seeds for chia seeds as my children can pick out seeds a mile off 🤣

Started eating it before I remembered to take a photo! Sums it up! Was absolutely gorgeous and the whole family had a slice while it was still warm 🤩🤩🤩

Super easy to make and really yummy. So happy with this banana bread. Next time I’ll separate the pumpkin seeds from my mixed seeds, they were a crunch too far for me. Better still this was cooking while Molly’s Cheesy Chicken Tikka Rice was finishing up in the slow cooker.

Another stunning recipe 😋 I added choc chips as suggested. I cannot wait to have it for breakfast all this week, might try it toasted tomorrow.

I made these in the mini loaf tin, ready for lunch boxes next week! Also added a bit of vanilla essence as didn’t have any cinnamon left (after making cinnamon bagels and the protein loaf!)

Really quick to make and delicious. Opted for cupcake for portion size and it made 12. Added a dash of milk as the mix seemed thick and this worked well. Used chia seeds instead of mixed seeds
