Greek Turkey Meatballs

If you love a Greek style dish, this one's for you! I feel like turkey mince gets a bit of a bad reputation for being really dry but I promise you these meatballs are sooo juicy, high in protein and packed with creamy feta and herbs, served with crispy air fryer potatoes, fluffy homemade flatbreads and my fav high-protein garlic sauce. It's one of those dinners that looks like loads of effort but is actually really simple to make, packed with protein and guaranteed to become a regular if you love anything Greek! Feel free to use beef, lamb or chicken mince instead and you can always sub out the homemade flatbreads for shop-bought too!!

This is yummy! I’m not a massive fan of turkey but with the feta and herbs it’s so delicious!
