I did a couple of swaps - the bagel to a protein thin, to increase the protein content and reduce calories. I used grated cheese instead of a slice, which allowed the coverage, while reducing the amount and therefore calories and finally I had no red peppers, so used baby spinach. Very versatile recipe that can make personalisations. Great tasting.

I followed reheating instructions for these from frozen in the air fryer and they were still frozen in the middle 😕 Once I've got it heated properly they're very tasty! Xx

I made these this weekend for lunches. We're veggie, so I swapped out the bacon for chorizo-style soya sausages, added some diced courgette and used the high protein slim bagels. And wow, it was even nicer than we'd expected and super convenient as well as filling. These will be a regular in our lunch boxes now! Thanks for the delicious recipe 😊

I made this for tea but instead of having it with bagels I just made the frittata and had it with crispy potatoe salad and salad - big hit with the whole family xxx
