So tasty, loved by grown ups and kids. I think you could get 16 thin smash burgers out of the burger mix, I used half for 4 of us and have frozen the rest for another night.

Family enjoyed but found the patty very liquidy with the grated veg. Next time would squeeze out the liquid before adding to the meat
