Coffee, Walnut & Dark Chocolate Traybake

One of my favourite cakes of all time is coffee and walnut and I realised the other day it’s one cake flavour I’ve never really featured much on my Instagram or app!! This is a cake I make a lot for my mom as it is her favourite too! It’s got an extra boost of protein from the Greek yoghurt and eggs and a fibre boost from the oats and walnuts too- plus it’s super easy to make and 10/10 warmed up with a scoop of ice cream!!

This tastes great. Think I needed a stronger coffee and I did mix all the choc and nuts into the mix 😁

This is SO good, such a nice texture and yummy treat. I cut these into cake bars for the week 😋 I didn’t have enough walnuts so mixed in almonds instead (also forgot to take a pic until they were half eaten, we had double this 🤣)
