Cheesy Bolognese Enchiladas

I thought this would be a little fun twist on two family favourites! I always think a spag bol is another great way to hide some sneaky veg in and anything with cheese and garlic butter is also always going to be a winner!! This is super easy, really quick and if you are looking at reducing your UPF intake I highly recommend the Crosta Mollica wraps which you can get in Asda and Tesco as the ingredients in them are brilliant!!

Turn cooking mode on

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion, tomato, courgette and grated carrot and cook for 5–6 minutes until softened.
