Avocado Brownies

I am back sneaking veggies into bakes again and this time we have avocado brownies! The avocado acts as a replacement for oil or butter but still provides some healthy fats and creaminess meaning these brownies are still super fudgy and the healthy fats help us to stay fuller for longer meaning they are really satisfying and they are also a great one for little ones to get involved in if you fancy some weekend baking! Please let me know if you try these- I am so excited to see what you think!

I’ll be honest these tasted horrible so I wonder whether I didn’t use enough honey! More like pancake texture than brownie. I don’t think I’ll be making them again unfortunately!

These brownies are so delicious and gooey, honestly wouldn't know there wasn't butter or that honey gives the sugar hit. Will Definitely be making these again!

I skipped the chocolate buttons and used 30g dark chocolate chips instead. Very fudgey and chocolately, great for a little indulgence

Hi, when was I supposed to add the vanilla extract? As it’s in the ingredients but not the method. My guess is step 3? Thanks x

Is there a substitute for the Greek yogurt? I’d like to make for my daughter but she’s gluten and dairy free and haven’t found a good dairy free Greek yogurt yet. Thank you ☺️
