Ingredients: 600 g Chicken breast; 2 tsp Cajun seasoning; 1 tsp Garlic granules; 1 tsp Paprika; 1 tsp Mixed herbs; Salt; Black pepper; 6 rashers Bacon medallions; 1 large Romaine lettuce; 150 g 0% Greek yogurt; 20 g Parmesan; 1 tbsp Lemon juice; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; 1/2 tsp Garlic granules; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce; Salt; Black pepper; 8 Mini flour tortillas; Parmesan

With the weather getting warmer, I think nothing says summer like a caesar salad but to make it a little bit more filling, I have given the dressing a boost of protein and loaded them onto some mini tortillas! These are so tasty and the mix would also be great loaded onto larger tortillas, panninis or some brioche buns- whichever you fancy! They are also super speedy which means less time in the kitchen when its hot!
