Red Thai Chicken Meatball Curry
If you love a red thai curry you will love these chicken meatballs in a creamy red thai curry sauce! The sauce has all the lovely flavours of a thai curry and using chicken mince for the meatballs helps to keep them high in protein but also super soft and fluffy inside. Packed with goodness and flavour too, this is a great weeknight dinner!

Chicken Caesar Crunchwraps
You can't beat a chicken caesar and when I saw the sun shining on Wednesday, I knew I had to make something inspired by one of the best salads there is! These are a great speedy 'fakeaway' which is packed with protein from the chicken and bacon, the crunchwraps are crispy on the outside but soft and creamy inside and perfect with fries and a diet coke. YUM

This is one of my favourite slow cooker dinners ever! Not only does it taste like a takeaway, it is so easy and also makes for perfect meal prep too! The perfect balance of protein, fats, carbs, veg and enjoyment!!

Healthy Honey Banana Bread Traybake
I loooove a banana bread as you know and I love coming up with ways to use those overipe bananas! If you don't fancy a banana bread or don't have a loaf tin, this is a great recipe for that same lovely flavour of a warm slice of banana bread but in a slightly different way. This would also make a great breakfast too!
