You can add extra shredded lettuce and a second thin patty if you want that more “takeaway-style” feel, while still keeping it balanced and packed with veg!
You can make this veggie by swapping regular mince for quorn mince!

These were delicious! Nobody guessed there was veg in them and the flavour was great. I added paprika and cumin from the sliders recipe, and had chopped capers and Dijon mustard in the sauce as that’s all I had. All worked great. Definitely doing again.

These burgers are delicious. My autistic son will not touch vegetables but will eat these. I have to add bacon but at least he's getting some vegetables, which is more than he usually has!
