Healthy Honey Banana Bread Traybake

I loooove a banana bread as you know and I love coming up with ways to use those overipe bananas! If you don't fancy a banana bread or don't have a loaf tin, this is a great recipe for that same lovely flavour of a warm slice of banana bread but in a slightly different way. This would also make a great breakfast too!

First recipe for me from the app and 10/10! So moist and delicious. I swapped out the chocolate chips for some chopped walnuts and dates ☺️

I used less honey than mentioned, but turned out beautifully! Dark choccie chips = the way to go! Thank you x

When I make baked oats I usually mix regular oats with ready brek. Would this work here too?

Hi, I don't have oats, I have regular flour or almond flour. Would any of those suffice? 🙂 aiming to make this with my 2 year old tomorrow night 🥰
