made this for like the fifth time it’s my partners favourite !! we made some cheesy flatbreads to go with it and it was so good! easily adaptable too as my partner is allergic to the nightshade group. ( peppers, tomatoes etc)

This was so easy to make AND delicious! The best combo 🙌🏻 used tomato puree instead of tikka paste and a tin of chopped tomatoes instead of passata.

You can cook it low and slow on the hob or make the filling on the hob, layer the lasagne and bake in the oven xx

For me, living in the US, what type of herbs do you use when you say mixed herbs? Thanks

We have pre-mixed containers of mixed herbs. The one I use says it's a mix of thyme, marjoram, parsley, oregano, sage and basil. I imagine any mix of these would be fine.

Already a family favourite. So easy to chuck on before work and then pop down to the kitchen at lunch to do the next bit and then finish it off at the end of the day. I also add cottage cheese on top for extra protein for the boys
