Want to make this veggie?
Leave out the chicken & chorizo!
If you are pescatarian, feel free to add in some cooked king prawns instead of the chicken and chorizo!
Feel free to use shop-bought flatbreads if you want to make this easier!
Only visible to you
Made it?
Serve with garlic dip, side salad, sweet potato wedges and a hot honey drizzle

I did use pre rolled base but that was because I was doubling up to make extra for lunches. Absolute envy of the staff room 10/10 !

Delicious and relatively easy to make. I ended up making this for four but with two people’s worth of the chicken topping. Used the base mixture to make two cheese and sweetcorn ones for the kids who liked it too 🙂👍
