One-Pan Prawn & Chorizo Jambalaya

I feel like chorizo just makes everting better and if you’re looking for a summery dinner that comes together in one pan that the whole family will enjoy- this one is for you! There is very minimal cooking so it’s perfect for those busy nights!! I used prawns but feel free to swap out for chicken or I also love this one with chicken sausages too!!

Really liked this one. We did chicken instead of prawns, really full of flavour. I did leave it on a bit long so the rice broke down a bit but everyone loved it

Didn’t have basmati rice so used long grain, still tastes great. Needed to add a bit more liquid as it has evaporated before the rice had cooked through but didn’t cause an issue.
