Healthier Pepe’s Chicken & Rice

My boyfriend is obsessed with @pepespiripiri @pepes_stafford so I thought I’d try and make us a healthier version of their famous rice box at home but with more protein and more veggies 🥰🫑 I can’t even tell you how nice this was and the garlic sauce was BANGING!!!🩷 this would also make the perfect meal prep as you could double up the portion for lunches the next day too!🙏🍗 just portion in to Tupperware and heat in the microwave the day after or enjoy cold stuffed in to a wrap for a burrito!🌯

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add the chicken, veggies, Nando’s sauce, seasonings and chopped tomatoes to the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5-6.
