Halloumi Loaded Naans

If we go out for a curry I looove a good paneer curry and this inspired this weeks veggie recipe! Crispy, spicy halloumi piled onto warm naans with a homemade tikka-style sauce and a cooling mint yoghurt drizzle- DROOOOL. This was so good, you won't even miss the meat!

Unreal! We absolutely inhaled this! Didn’t have mango chutney so used honey instead and thankfully it worked! 😂 x

Altered the recipe slightly and added chickpeas and stuffed the mix into these Mediterranean pittas. Sooooo good! 🫶🏼

We had these Friday night instead of our usual takeaway. Not only did it save me a ton of ££ but I could eat these every day of the week. We added chicken to ours, would definitely have this again. Sauce made enough to send husband to work with a portion too.

Think this is one of my fav recipes I’ve made so far. I added pickled onions and pomegranate on top. Was delicious!

Soooo tasty and really easy to make. I just need to remember to crisp up the naans a bit more next time as I’d left them a big doughy but other than that, a great evening tea! Forgot to take a pic as they didn’t last long - ha!
