Made the pancakes and chia loaf - both were yummy and I was so pleased with how easy the sheet pancakes were compared to cooking individual ones!

I cooked the sheet pan pancakes for a quick meal prep breakfast. Lovely warm with some greek yoghurt.

My daughter loves the chocolate chia loaf. Great for upping the fibre intake and tasty. Have made it twice already

Would the pancakes work without the honey? I'm wondering if I can make for baby led weaning, but babe is under 1 so not allowed honey yet!

you could use maple syrup or a few tablespoons of sugar- it might just be a bit bland without it but for a little one it should be fine!xx
