Orange & Raspberry Loaf

For a snack this week with the weather being warm I wanted to go for those tropical summer flavours with this beautiful orange and raspberry loaf! This is such a moist yet fluffy sponge with lovely citrus flavours! The oats and flaxseed provide some healthy fats and extra fibre and it is naturally sweetened with the honey and orange juice- I hope you love this one!

Orange and raspberry is such a good combo! I made mine into mini loaves and they’re going down a treat with a dollop of greek yogurt and honey on the side x
