Notes

As always this series is a reminder that even as a nutritionist, you don’t have to turn everything in to a ‘healthier’ version, some things are best left as they are and being healthy is about enjoying them without any guilt or restriction- biscuits included!! There were so many times I missed out on tea and biscuits with Nan because I was too worried about the calories… but this is balance!!❤️
