Indian Style Chicken Burritos

This is a fusion of 2 of my favourites cuisines, Mexican & Indian! I cannot even tell you how tasty these were dunked into some mango chutney and they will definitely become a repeat for us when we have a craving for an Indian takeaway! These are high in protein from the chicken but you could also bulk them out with some canned chickpeas for some extra fibre and protein too! Feel free to use whatever curry paste you prefer, I used tikka but korma or madras would also work depending on how spicy you like your curry

Stunningly delicious - made with halloumi instead of chicken! The only thing we struggle with is the burritos going crispy instead of soggy!
