Healthy No-Bake Cookie Dough Balls

The best part of a Ben & Jerrys cookie dough is the mini cookie dough pieces and they inspired this weeks 'Weekend Baking Club'! These mini cookie dough bites are the perfect pre-workout snack or on the go bite when you want something to satisfy your sweet tooth but also leave you feeling super satisfied! They have fibre from the oats and nuts, chocolate (because we LOVE IT) and healthy fats from the peanut butter too!
