Chicken Korma Peshwari Naan Pizza

If you have tried and enjoyed my butter chicken pizza naan, you will LOVE this! I love a korma, I think it is one of my favourite curries and it is super easy to make at home too! This is a slightly but still creamy version and would be great just with rice or a naan but I have turned it into this korma style pizza and its AMAZING!

Lighter Carbonara Mac & Cheese

Carbonara and Mac & Cheese are 2 of the top tier comfort foods so I thought I would combine them in a lighter style for this pasta dish! There is 2 sneaky veg in there and the sauce is still traditional but made lighter with some light cream cheese to help with creaminess. We loved this one, I hope you do too!

Slow Cooker Beef Curry with Egg Fried Rice

Liams favourite thing from the Chinese is a beef curry with egg fried rice so I thought I would re-create it for him at home (even if we did end up having it on one of the hottest days of the year!) it was absolutely lovely! The beef goes super soft and tender and the curry sauce soaks up all the juices from the beef too which makes it sooo lovely! I have also added the recipe to a speedy egg fried rice- feel free to just use microwave rice pouches here too!

Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Noodles

I loooove noodles but when you are having one of those busy days and don't fancy doing any actual cooking, this is a great one for letting the air fryer take care of dinner as it all cooks in there (even the noodles!!) We enjoyed this with prawn crackers and spring rolls and it felt like a proper fakeaway. This would be great with edamame beans and beansprouts if you can get any too!
