Happy Healthy Kitchen Meal Plan 33
Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to this weeks meal plan!🥰❤️ I’ve had a lot of requests for slow cooker and dump bags so this week I’ve included some slow cooker dump bag recipes in this week’s meal plan to help make those busy days a little bit easier! If you’ve never heard of a dump bag before, it’s basically where you prep all your ingredients ahead of time, pop them into a freezer bag and freeze until you’re ready to cook. Then, when you need an easy dinner, simply defrost overnight in the fridge, tip everything into your slow cooker and let it do the hard work! It’s such a great way to save time, reduce food waste and have homemade meals ready to go and it gives you a similar sort of idea of the types of recipes you’ll find in my cookbook too! And if you don’t fancy prepping dump bags, that’s absolutely fine too! Just follow the ingredients and instructions as normal and make the recipes fresh instead. There’s no pressure to prep ahead! ❤️ WEEK 4 OCTOBER CHALLENGE! (Last week to enter!!) This months giveaway is a Swan Slow Cooker to see you through the colder months!!🩷🎉 To enter: upload 4 pictures of any recipes you have made this month and a random winner will be announced at the end of next week. Hope you all love this week’s recipes! Xx
One Pan Peri Peri Halloumi Rice
Anything Nandos and halloumi is always a big hit and this delicious one-pan dinner is inspired by the Nando’s peri peri rice! Topped with halloumi, chickpeas for some extra fibre and protein as well as plenty of vegetables- it’s all cooked together in a smoky, slightly spicy peri peri sauce. Perfect for a quick and easy midweek dinner with minimal washing up!!!! Loved this one!
