Using salmon as the protein source I wanted to go down the asian theme as I thought it would work well and it didn't disappoint. This is sooo flavorsome, fresh and will leave you feeling so good after it! A great speedy and light dinner for a warmer evening and tastes even better the next day too!

Protein Packed Chicken and Chorizo Pizzas

If you fancy a pizza this week- this is the recipe for you! These super tasty chicken and chorizo pizzas come together really easily and are a great dinner to get your little ones involved with as they can help you make the dough! The dough is just a few ingredients and gives this meal an extra boost of protein from the greek yoghurt and the chorizo makes the pizza topping sooo tasty! Feel free to add any extra pizza toppings you fancy for some extra plant points- tinned sweetcorn, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes would all work well and you can even swap the chorizo for some pepperoni too!

Liam loves a chicken legend and if you do too then this is a Mcdonalds fakeaway you need!! Crispy air-fried potatoes topped with homemade crispy chicken, melted burger cheese, fresh salad and a creamy Chicken Legend-style sauce — an easy fakeaway dinner packed with flavour and protein too! This would also be such a good dinner for little ones to get involved with and help you crush the cornflakes and batter the chicken!
