Lasagne Baked Tacos

I loooove a lasagne but I do think they can be a bit time consuming for a weeknight dinner so this is my compromise! All the classic flavours of the lasagne we know and love but baked into a golden cheesy taco packed with protein (and some sneaky veg too!). This was our favourite one this week so I hope you enjoy as much as we did!!

Southwest Nacho Beef Bowls

If you haven't tried cooking with chipotle paste, take these bowls as your sign! Chipotle has a sweet but slightly spicy flavour and is an amazing way to elevate a really easy dish and it also makes a super tasty sauce to go on top too when you mix it with a bit of mayo! You can easily pick it up and Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Lidl and M&S and I highly recommend! Enjoyyyy

Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza Chicken Burgers

I was fancying a chicken burger this week but Liam wanted a pizza so we compromised on this and what a burger it was!! Its high in protein from the chicken breast but the cheese and pepperoni slices make it feel indulgent without feeling too heavy or greasy! Serve with some skin and fries and some crispy lettuce and you have a healthy fakeaway ready in 30 minutes!

Prawn and Chorizo Linguine

I loooove cooking with chorizo, I think it packs in so much flavour and richness and it pairs so well with prawns! This felt like such a light and summery dinner and comes together super quickly! Pair with some tenderstem broccoli and garlic bread if you fancy and you have a super tasty pasta dish ready and done in less than 30 minutes with just 2 pans to wash up!
