Happy Healthy Kitchen Meal Plan 24
Welcome to the Happy Healthy Kitchen Meal Plan 24! This weeks recipe are all prep-ahead dump bags as I have had quite a few requests for some dump bag recipes to prep ahead of the kids going back to hopefully these can help! There is a few for the oven, air fryer and one for the slow cooker too!!🩷🎉 but it’s nooo problem if you don’t want to prep ahead as you can make them all up on the day too!🥰 I really hope you enjoy this weeks recipes and it’s been nice to have more cosy recipes with the weather being a bit more dull!🤣🩷 Remember this is the last week to enter the August challenge to win this months prize of a brand new Russell Hobbs slow cooker!! To enter you need to submit a minimum of 4 pictures of recipes you’ve made this month!😊 Enjoy guys- the reel for this will week will be uploaded Sunday but the recipes will stay exclusive to the app!! I can’t wait to see what you think!!
Slow Cooker Cheesy Pesto Chicken Orzo
Creamy, cheesy and packed with flavour and it couldn’t be easier to make too!! This pesto chicken orzo is the ultimate easy dump bag dinner (or you can make on the day) – just chuck it in the slow cooker and finish with lots of melty mozzarella for a cosy dinner the whole family will loveeee!! I used basil pesto but feel free to swap to sundried tomato pesto too!

Mexican Meatball Enchilada Dump Bag
I thought this might be a fun little twist on enchiladas and help to save on the washing up of different pans and trays! Everything gets thrown into the baking tray and shoved into the oven, then all you have to do is wrap the filling in tortillas, add them back to the baking tray and top with cheese and you’ve got a protein and fibre packed diner with just one baking tray to wash up at the end too!! This makes 4 large wraps or 8 smaller ones!

Oven Baked Satay Chicken Noodle Dump Bag
I think if I could live on one thing for the rest of my life it would be a big bowl of noodles! I just love anything saucy and especially when that sauce is satay!! This is such a speedy dinner, you can either prep this as a dump bag or just throw it into the baking tray on the day- either way it is sooo hands off, cooks itself but is packed with so much fibre, protein and flavour and you can customise with whatever veggies you fancy toooo!

Greek Whipped Feta Chicken Burgers
You might have seen whipped feta trending on social media over the summer and after trying it I thought it would be sooo good as a sauce for burgers! The harissa chicken can be prepped ahead, then thrown straight into the air fryer and loaded into the crispy ciabattas and the whipped feta just takes seconds to make too so it’s perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner when you want something that tastes a bit fancier too!
