60 Minute Sunday Episode 19 Recipes

Welcome to this weeks Sixty Minute Sunday! This week we’ve got prep-ahead tiramisu overnight oats which are amazing if you loooove this dessert or anything coffee flavoured😍 we’ve also got some gorgeous nutty chocolate button blondies and another sandwich filler to try which is a chicken Caesar theme! I hope you enjoy and have a lovely Sunday all 🩷

The recipes

Nutty Chocolate Button Blondies

Everything is better with chocolate buttons and this week I prepped these nutty chocolate button blondies! The nut butter gives them a rich salty flavour which is balanced out by the chocolate buttons and flaky sea salt! These are sooo moreish and perfect with an afternoon cuppa or a lunchbox snack for your little ones too! They have a good amount of protein from the added greek yoghurt and the healthy fats from the nut butter help to make this a super satisfying snack! Feel free to use any nut butter you like- this works so well with the M&S cashew butter too and you can even use your favourite nutty chocolate spread if you wish!

Tiramisu Overnight Oats

If you have ever tried the M&S tiramisu overnight oats that came out last summer, you will absolutely love this! One of my favourite ever desserts is a tiramisu and having recently tried the Aldi tiramisu gelato and LOVING it I thought why not turn it into a healthy breakfast you will wake up and look forward to!

Healthy Chicken Caesar Sandwich Filler

After seeing how popular the marry me chicken sandwich filler has been on the app- I thought I would give you another one! This time it is a chicken caesar style with a moreish but lighter caesar dressing! I have been enjoying this on a slice of toasted sourdough for an open sandwich, stuffed into a pitta and I have been popping it into some tortillas for Liam for his lunches too! I used chicken breast which I cooked myself but feel free to just use any pre-cooked chicken if you want to make this a little easier too!
