Chilli Jam Chicken Sliders

Welcome to Day 1 Of Molly Makes It £30! For the first recipe we are kicking things off with one of my all time favourite recipes, these delicious and cheesy protein packed chilli jam sliders! I use the chilli jam from Aldi which fits in to this weeks budget but if you don't have any, I have added a few swaps below which still give it the same flavour! We served with some lettuce and potato wedges which are also part of this weeks budget but feel free to serve with whatever you fancy You can make this as a dump bag too which is how I prepped it!

Notes

If you want to turn this in to a dump bag like I did, here are the instructions:

- Add all the ingredients listed below (except for the creme fraiche) to your dump bag, mix well and seal the bag
- Label the bag 'chilli jam sliders' and place flat in the freezer
- To defrost, leave in the fridge overnight
- Empty the contents of the dump bag in to a large frying pan with some olive oil. On a medium to high heat, fry the chicken and veg until cooked and softened then follow the instructions below to create your sliders!!
