We have a protein packed chicken fajita pasta salad which would be a great dinner this week if you wanted something cooler, some Prepable smoothie bags and a gorgeous orange and raspberry loaf! Orange & Raspberry Loaf
For a snack this week with the weather being warm I wanted to go for those tropical summer flavours with this beautiful orange and raspberry loaf! This is such a moist yet fluffy sponge with lovely citrus flavours! The oats and flaxseed provide some healthy fats and extra fibre and it is naturally sweetened with the honey and orange juice- I hope you love this one!

Glow Smoothie Pack Prep Bags
I absolutely LOVE having smoothies when the weather gets warm and with this heatwave coming I thought what better way to spend some time prepping some smoothie bags! These are similar to dump bags as you just add the ingredients and blend on the day with your juice and yoghurt! This is loaded with vitamin C and beta-carotene and will leave you glowing from the inside out!! Feel free to swap the juice for milk if you prefer!

Chicken Fajita Protein Pasta Salad
You can't beat the flavours of fajitas, they are sooo summery- this makes for an amazing lunch prep but also a great dinner if you don't want anything hot in this warm weather! This chicken fajita pasta salad is packed with protein from the chicken breast as well as greek yoghurt in the sauce! Using jarred peppers is also such a great way to sneak some hidden veg but also lots of flavour into a recipe too! Feel free to make this veggie by swapping the chicken for halloumi or chickpeas and add in any veggies that you need to use!
